After a year’s hiatus due to COVID, the annual Piedmont Harvest Festival returned to the center of town this past Sunday. Masks were commonplace but did not stand in the way of families enjoying music, games, treats, and bidding on class scarecrows.

While not technically part of Harvest Festival, PHS senior Haik Kibarian and City of Piedmont CivicSpark Fellow Annie Wensley help shovel compost during a giveaway event for city residents held at the Corporation Yard, Saturday, Sept. 18.
