Never mind the missing crowds and chairs lining the streets in the early morning hours; the traveling parade brought a festive spirit to all corners of town and the Piedmont Service Crew kept the pancake breakfast tradition going. Many residents kept their celebrations low-key or headed elsewhere for the long weekend.
