PIE Back to School Potluck Picnic
Please join us at our Back to School Potluck Picnic on Saturday, August 29th from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at Piedmont Park (near the fountain). It’s a casual chance to learn more about PIE, connect with other families raising neurodivergent and disabled kids, and enjoy some good food together.
Jean Fagin, PUSD’s Director of Special Education, will be there to connect with the community. Jean Takazawa, PUSD’s Director of Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), will be there to talk about the Affinity Mentorship program, and Piedmont Recreation will share how to get involved in its Adaptive and Sidekicks afterschool programs.
If you can, bring a pie — dessert, savory, or pizza pie — to share.
