The Piedmont and Millennium High School athletic communities came out to celebrate student athletic achievement at a ceremony in Alan Harvey Theater on May 14.
Winners at the second annual awards event included:
Best Female Athlete: Andrea Martin (basketball, award accepted on her behalf)
Best Male Athlete: Dillon Casey (basketball)
Coach of the Year: Bryan Gardere (girls basketball)
Best Male Team(s): Boys basketball and track and field
Boys Basketball 
Boys Track and Field
Best Female Team: girls basketball
Other awards were given out to Best Team GPA, Iron Man and Woman (two each), Service, Newcomers, and Best Fan. (PJ Brayer was not present to receive his Iron Man award.)
