The Piedmont High School boys golf team dropped a tight match to Berkeley at Tilden Park Golf Course on April 22, 209-217. With the loss, the Highlanders fell to 7-5 on the season.
River Bloemker was low man for Piedmont with a four-over 39. Jackson Van Kleeck was next for the Highlanders with a 42. Derek Lee and Niko Kalamas each shot a 45. Henry Pfister shot a 46 followed by Alex Hattan-Kutter with a non-scoring 48.
Piedmont will next play Bishop O’Dowd and Alameda at Metropolitan Golf Links on April 29.
