From a City of Piedmont press release on March 10
The Piedmont Community Pool’s new aquatics registration portal is now live. You can view initial program offerings and start setting up your household’s account HERE.
This site will be a one-stop shop for all things aquatic – pool passes, swim lessons, water fitness, and reservations for the new pool’s two rental facilities. Summer swim lesson schedules and basic information about rental facilities can be viewed now – although specific pass options and rental space booking times will not be published until sales open.

The new system was selected for ease of use, works well on phones, and supports expanded payment options including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Taking a few minutes to set up your account now can make registration faster and less stressful later. Setting up your account in advance also helps ensure staff has time to verify your address and confirm residency status before program registration opens.
What to do before registration opens
Pass sales, rental bookings, and program registration will open on a staggered schedule. Before registration begins, community members should:
• Create their account
• Add household members who may participate in lessons or programs.
Adding household members ahead of time helps ensure you are ready to register the correct participant when registration opens.
The site also includes a “Fast Track” feature that works like a wish list. You can save programs you’re interested in and complete required forms in advance, making the checkout process faster when registration opens. Fast Track does not reserve space in a program.
Get in-person support at pool help desk hours
For community members who need assistance navigating pool pass options or using the registration system, Recreation staff will be available to help at upcoming support hours at the pool front desk:
• Wednesday, March 11: 1-3pm
• Thursday, March 12: 4-6pm
• Monday, March 16: 4-5pm
The City is also continuously adding new information online, to address common questions as they arise.

What to expect at opening
The April 11 opening date marks the start of a ramp-up period. Hours and programming will be more limited at first, then expand over time as programs come online. Information about initial pool hours and other operating details will be shared closer to opening.
