The city said in an update on Tuesday that the installation of new play equipment is moving swiftly at the Linda Beach Tot Lot. The new ADA access path is now complete and equipment arrived last week. Installation of the structure is in progress and is expected to be completed on Friday, with the new matting installation starting next week, a process that will last a couple weeks into November.
If the weather cooperates the site should open sometime next month, the city said.
