It’s Homecoming weekend for Piedmont and Millennium High Schools, and a purple wave swept through the school on Friday for the rally held in Binks Gym. New this year: The Highlanders mascot, based on the lion from the school logo, added an extra level of spirit to the fun.

The Highlanders face off against Arroyo at Witter Field tonight at 7 p.m. The Homecoming Dance is Saturday at 7:30 p.m. — the theme is “City Lights”.
