The Piedmont Police Department’s seventh annual Coffee, Cars, and Cops show took over downtown Piedmont on Saturday morning. Car aficionados of all ages and from all over converged at Exedra plaza to marvel the automobiles, chat with local police officers, and connect with local and county law enforcement officials. Piedmont Police Officer Tyler Petit has spearheaded the event since its inception, and the department said on a social media post that this year’s event was the largest one yet.

The event drew local and county elected officials, including Alameda County District Attorney Ursula Jones Dickson, Alameda County Sheriff Yesenia Sanchez, and Oakland Housing Authority Chief Luther DuPree.
