Cancer League holds sponsor party leading up to Holly Ball

Cancer League members gather on Nov. 12 to thank sponsors for supporting the Dec. 6 Holly Ball.

The Cancer League, Inc. kicked off the season with a party on Nov. 12 to honor the sponsors of the highly anticipated Dec. 6 Holly Ball. The party, held at the historic Goldsmith-Cestaro home in Piedmont, featured stunning architectural detail, richly furnished interiors, and delectable food by the acclaimed chef Graham Gathright.

Delicious wines were generously supplied by Mulberry’s Market, Piedmont Grocery, and Wente Vineyards. Flowers supplied by Arjan Flowers overflowed the space, and the guests enjoyed themselves as Lifetime Members served hors d’oeuvres as per tradition. Party Chair Melissa Partovi, Cancer League President Jenna Caldwell, and Holly Ball Chair Janet Nunan greeted guests and mingled.
