Highlanders coach Jim Landes said he believes the team’s 5-3 league mark will be good enough to qualify for the North Coast Section Division 2 team playoffs.
“We might get a chance to avenge some of our non-league losses,” Landes said, naming Lick-Wilmerding, University and Marin Academy as some of those losses. “I believe we have a good chance against any of those three.”
The WACC tournament will be held November 8-9. NCS team playoffs begin Nov. 12.
