Conna has an innate curiosity that serves Piedmont well, looking to understand why things are the way they are, what rules or laws apply, who is impacted directly and indirectly by any decision, what other options might there be, what have others tried and what were the lessons learned. As a lawyer and a life-long volunteer, she consistently demonstrates a willingness to dig deep, listen carefully, see issues from different perspectives, and have difficult, yet respectful, discussions. We appreciate Conna’s intelligence, savvy, and candor, her eye towards fairness, and her guiding stars of honor and integrity.
