CSEA, APT tentative agreements
CSEA and PUSD have reached a tentative agreement on salary and benefits, with a proviso that should APT negotiate a higher percentage in salary, benefits, or stipends, that increase would also apply to CSEA members.
Under the agreement, CSEA members will receive a retroactive 2.5% raise, a 4% raise on July 1, 2024, and a 4% raise on July 1, 2025 pending the passage of a November 2024 parcel tax. (If the tax does not pass, that raise will be 3%.) CSEA members will also receive a one-time pro-rated $800 stipend this year and PUSD has agreed to increase its contribution to health benefits. See details HERE.
APT and PUSD have yet to come to terms over salary and benefits, but in a positive sign that both sides continue to talk, they have reached a tentative agreement over working conditions related to Academy periods at the high schools. See details HERE.
